The YC type permanent magnet tailings recovery machine is a tailings recovery device in the iron ore beneficiation process, consisting of multiple sets of permanent magnet circular discs with a diameter of 800-1600 mm and a number of discs ranging from 4 to 12. Its working principle is to install the machine in the tailings trough of the beneficiation plant, where the tailings slurry passes through the recovery machine. The magnetic iron in the slurry comes into full contact with the magnetic poles of the recovery machine. A multi-needle induction discharger rotates to the center of the disc, magnetizing and adsorbing iron powder. When the needle disc rotates out of the magnetic field, and the magnetic force disappears, the iron powder falls into the recovery chamber, while high-pressure water is used for thorough washing, thereby reducing tailings grade and increasing yield.
