Product Description
This machine can be combined with coarse and fine crushers (such as vertical shaft crushers and horizontal hammer crushers) to form a coarse-fine-dry separation process, allowing for pre-selection of poor ore before grinding. It can increase the grade of poor ore entering the mill by 80% to 120%, which in turn increases the equipment's processing capacity for raw ore, reduces energy consumption and grinding costs such as ball consumption, and improves concentrate yield, resulting in significant economic benefits.
Note: This dry separator can also be made in a double drum type, resulting in less tailing.
