The metal mesh has a high opening rate (up to 38%), and the screen surface is composed of different meshes, extending its service life. The excitation source is controlled by a computer, allowing multiple parameters to be adjusted with low power consumption. In applications at iron selection plants, years of practice have proven that high-frequency vibrating screens are currently the most efficient fine screens in China. Due to its high screening efficiency, the yield of materials below the screen increases, while the content of qualified particle sizes in materials above the screen decreases, reducing the yield above the screen and consequently decreasing the amount of material returned to the grinding machine. By significantly reducing the circulating load of materials above the screen in the grinding system, it can increase the processing capacity of the grinding machine by about 5-15%, which can significantly enhance the economic benefits of mineral processing plants. Additionally, due to accurate mesh openings in vibrating screens, it can control the particle size composition below the screen, ensuring concentrate grade while also reducing over-grinding caused by excessive crushing and metal loss in tailings!
