The crusher hammer, the accurate definition should be hammer crusher hammer, the hammer is one of the core components of the hammer crusher, arranged on the hammer shaft of the crusher rotor. The hammer directly strikes the material during the high-speed operation of the crusher, ultimately crushing it into suitable particle sizes.

The crusher hammer head, accurately defined as the hammer head of a hammer crusher, is one of the core components of the hammer crusher. It is arranged on the hammer shaft of the crusher rotor, and during high-speed operation, the hammer head directly strikes the material, ultimately crushing it into suitable particle sizes.

  1. The impact force on the material has increased. This is because the center of gravity of the hammer head in a hammer crusher moves outward along the radial direction of the rotation radius, increasing its linear velocity during operation. The impact work done by the hammer head on the material has increased, thereby improving the crushing effect.

  2. The effective wear amount of the hammer head in a hammer crusher has increased. The weight of a single hammer is generally calculated at 27 kilograms, with an effective wear amount accounting for one-third, which is 9 kilograms. The total weight change in the improved structure is small, with an effective wear amount reaching 16 kilograms. One set of improved hammers is equivalent to two sets before improvement, reducing usage costs.

  3. The discharge particle size has been reduced and hourly output has increased. After improvement, the length from the suspension hole to the end of the hammer has changed from 350 millimeters to 360 millimeters, with a rotation diameter of approximately 1250 to 1270 millimeters. The gap between the hammer head and shell plate has decreased from 25 millimeters to 15 millimeters. As a result, it can reduce discharge particle size from below 20 millimeters with 25% powdery material to 8-10 millimeters with 60% powdery material, greatly improving the crushing effect of the crusher and thus increasing hourly output.

  4. The grinding effect has been improved. After secondary crushing of materials such as limestone, it is necessary to study energy consumption and efficiency; crushing ratio is higher than grinding efficiency with lower electricity consumption. Therefore, it is required and hoped that limestone will be crushed more and ground less. With a discharge particle size of 8-10 millimeters and 60% powdery material, it greatly improves production efficiency in powder machines. Output has increased from 12 tons per hour to 16 tons per hour, reducing production costs for raw materials.

The crusher hammer head not only improves production efficiency but also has many industrial applications!
